Ultima Arrives


Krosis takes his rightful place on Lord British's throne

In breaking news of the century, I have recieved a clean lusterous copy of Ultima Online this Christmas. The game is fantastic. I had heard that lag was horrible, but I have only a few slowdowns when a bunch of people are around. The play depth is enormous. There is even a secret room in lord british's castle. The land is expansive and it is fun to travel nomadically from city to city in search of game. One amazing aspect is that you can even play the chess boards. Overall, the game is exactly if not more than I expected.

Ultima has become and obcession. These are the only words I can use to descride it. Almost every night I am up until 3 or 4 in the morning, scouting the world of Ultima. I have been playing whenever I can use the phone line. There is no end to the game play. One complaint is that people need to start making more story in the world. Like struggles for power and the like. I myself am attempting to contact Lord British. Storyline will make this game deep seated in the history of super-games.

My first character I created is on the Sonoma shard and his name is Krosis (If you see me say "Hi") and on the Great Lakes I am also Krosis. My Sonoma character is an archer, but I think he will need to be scrapped because I can get his strength up. My Great Lakes charcter is a mage he is just starting out though.
